Les informations de l’utilisateur recueillies via le site www.largo-france.fr (ci-après désigné « le Site ») telles que notamment l’URL des liens par l’intermédiaire desquels l’utilisateur a accédé au site de Largo , le fournisseur d’accès de l’utilisateur, l’adresse de protocole Internet (IP) de l’utilisateur, les coordonnées et le nom de l’utilisateur etc., ont vocation à être traitées par Largo , responsable de traitement, pour les besoins de la navigation sur le Site, pour toute demande de renseignement, et le cas échéant pour la délivrance de certains services de Largo. Ce traitement est fondé sur l’intérêt légitime de Largo dans le cadre de la gestion de ses relations avec les clients et prospects.

2. General conditions of use of the site and the services offered

The user information collected via the www.largo-france.fr site (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), such as the URL of the links through which the user accessed the Largo site, the user's access provider, the user's Internet protocol (IP) address, the user's contact details and name, etc., is intended to be processed by Largo, which is responsible for such processing, for the purposes of browsing the Site, for any request for information and, where applicable, for the delivery of certain Largo services.   • For a period of 3 years from the date of collection if no contract is concluded;
  • If a contract or an order is concluded, for the entire contractual period, and then kept in an intermediate archive for a period corresponding to the possible warranty period, plus the applicable legal prescription period (5 years in most cases).
  • For a period of 13 months from their implantation/creation with regard to cookies.
